This year’s UNESCO Chair Oration was delivered by the Director of the Alfred Deakin Institute for Citizenship and Globalisation at Deakin University and Chairholder of the UNESCO Chair for Comparative Research on Cultural Diversity and Social Justice, Professor Fethi Mansouri.
