The Alfred Deakin Institute Oration is an annual Oration delivered by a public intellectual on a topic related to the cutting-edge research about citizenship, diversity, inclusion and globalisation that is undertaken at the Institute.

The 2018 Alfred Deakin Institute Oration, ‘Light in Dark Corners: the case for a National Integrity Commission‘, was delivered by the Honourable Mark Dreyfus QC MP on Tuesday 20 November.
